Heidi Brandow serves as the Head of Global Learning & Talent Development for Tesla, Inc. She began her career as an educational consultant working with at-risk youth and special education students, eventually transitioning to learning and executive development roles at Chrysler, Gap and World Vision International. Heidi is also a Master Practitioner with the Wiseman Group, where she developed the Multipliers Experience curriculum and is responsible for certifying their Global Partners worldwide. Heidi lives with her husband, their two daughters, and a rambunctious dog in the San Francisco Bay Area.
