Pastor Raul Elizondo has been preaching God's word since he asked Jesus Christ to come into his heart at the age of 16. In 1987 he married Irma Nava. They have four children, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law and six grandchildren. On November 16, 1997, Pastor Raul was called to begin New Life Baptist Church to tell others about the forgiveness and the hope he found at the cross of Jesus Christ. He is a longtime GLS fan, and as of 2017, his church became a Spanish speaking GLS host site.
