Trey has been in ministry for more than 20 years, and now serves as the Executive Director of Staff Culture and Development of the ReThink Group. Drawing from his diverse experience in ministry, public service and corporate work, he has partnered with organizations like BigStuf Ministries, North Point Ministries, Chick-fil-A, Regal Boats and many others.
