for a Summit View Site
Why do I need to add the name(s) and email address(es) to my registration(s)?
You will need the unique names and email addresses for each of your registrations within your Summit View so your guests can access the digital Summit Notebook, interactive event elements and access your unique HD live stream Link.
If purchasing in bulk, do I need to have all the names and email addresses of our group when I register?
In order for your guests to access all the essential elements to enjoy the event, you will need to add guest names and email address prior to the start of the event. This will ensure efficient communication and reduce problems in accessing the live stream.
However, if you do not have the names of all parties in your group when you initially register, names and email addresses can be added in later, prior to the event.
How do I add names to my registrations?
- If you do not fill in the names at purchase, you can return to your confirmation email at a later date and click on the link “this page” at the bottom of the email.
When will the full schedule be available?
The full conference schedule for our 2025 event will be available in July of 2025.

How do I access the Summit?
Registrants that have their name and email address attached to their registrations will receive an email from The Global Leadership Network with information on how to access the Summit?
If I’m showing the Summit to a group of people, do I need to register everyone?
Yes, everyone watching the Summit needs to have a purchased registration in order to access the Summit and participate in interactive elements.
Can I share my Summit access?
No, access to the Summit is unique to that registrant’s email address.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your GLS registration for a refund of your paid registration rate less a $45.00 cancellation fee per registration by contacting our Service Engagement Team (heretoserve@globalleadership.org or 800-570-9812) at least 30 days before the event. No refund will be provided if notice is provided within 30 days of the event.
TRANSFER POLICY
You may transfer your GLS registration to another person by contacting our Service Engagement Team (heretoserve@globalleadership.org or 800-570-9812) at least 2 days before the event.

Your Streaming Bandwidth
1. Use a hardwired internet connection and minimize the number of steps between your computer and the network switch. Only use WIFI if you do not have access to a hardwired network port or switch.
2. We recommend a minimum connection speed of 10-25 Mbps. Check your internet connection speed by visiting speedtest.net and looking at the download speed results.
3. Limit device usage on the network that you are using for the stream. Do not start large downloads or uploads while streaming, and only have one internet tab open on the computer you are using for the stream. You might consider setting up a hotspot to use a backup internet source on event day.
