The Global Leadership Network (GLN, us, we, our) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that produces the Global Leadership Summit (GLS) and other leadership development resources.

These Global Leadership Summit Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you as the authorized attendee of the Global Leadership Summit and the Global Leadership Network as the producer.

Code of Conduct

The Global Leadership Summit is a gathering of people who are curious, humble, and respectful.  GLS participants are expected to (1) comply with these Terms and Conditions, (2) comply with other GLS guidelines communicated during the event or otherwise, and (3) respect other participants and GLS team members. The Global Leadership Network will not tolerate disrespectful conduct or harassment in any form. We reserve the right to remove any GLS participant in our sole discretion without refund.

As a GLS participant, you agree that you will:

• Not aggressively push your own services, products or causes.
• Respectfully interact with other GLS participants.
• Respect confidentiality requests by speakers and other attendees.
• Not take videos or photos of others or post details about others without their permission.
• Not be disruptive while attending the GLS.
• Comply with GLS health and safety guidelines.

No Recording or Broadcast of the GLS

The content of the Global Leadership Summit is owned by speakers, content creators, and/or the Global Leadership Network.  GLS content is strictly protected by copyright laws in favor of the owner of such content.

You agree to respect the ownership rights of GLS content creators.  You agree not to record or broadcast any portion of the GLS program.

Individual License

Each registration purchased for the Global Leadership Summit constitutes an individual license to participate in the GLS, either in-person or online as your registration dictates. If you are watching in a group, only those who are separately registered for the Summit may watch together.

Cancellations/Refunds

You may cancel your GLS registration for a refund of your paid registration rate less a $45.00 cancellation fee per registration by contacting our Service Engagement Team (heretoserve@globalleadership.org or 800-570-9812) at least 30 days before the event.  No refund will be provided if notice is provided within 30 days of the event.

Registration Transfer

You may cancel transfer your GLS registration to another person by contacting our Service Engagement Team (heretoserve@globalleadership.org or 800-570-9812) at least 2 days before the event.

Site Transfers

You may request a transfer of your GLS registration to a different GLS location or mode by contacting our Service Engagement Team (heretoserve@globalleadership.org or 800-570-9812) at least 2 days before the event.  This request will be granted provided (1) there is space available at the new location and (2) you pay any additional cost associated with the applicable registration rate for the new location.  We will not provide a refund if the registration rate of the new location is less than the original location.

No Carryover

We will not approve requests to carryover a GLS registration to future years.  Please see cancellation and transfer opportunities described above.

Criteria for Special Registration Rates

GLN may offer special rates based on certain criteria (e.g. professions, membership, or status).  If your registration rate is discounted based on certain criteria, you acknowledge and certify that you meet such criteria.

Children

While families are very important to us, the GLS is designed to be a world-class and distraction-free learning environment.  We ask that children under the age of 13 not attend the main auditorium where the GLS is held.  Some local GLS sites may provide separate spaces for nursing mothers where the event can be viewed.  Children between 13 and 18 years of age may attend the GLS if registered.

Photo Release

Your registration and attendance at the GLS constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, broadcast, or other reproduction of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose in connection with the Global Leadership Network.  You waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not attend the GLS.

Privacy Policy

GLN’s Privacy Policy (www.globalleadership.org/privacy/) describes our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use our services and the choices you have associated with that data.

Fair Market Value

The registration rate offered for any giving GLS experience represents the fair market value for such experience.
