Global Leadership Network (“us”, “we”, or “our”) produces leadership development conferences and resources (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service”), including without limitation The Global Leadership Summit, Team365 and Leader365 online subscription services, and the Globalleadership.org website.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service as further described in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Global Leadership Network’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the personal information we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
Global Leadership Network may process your personal information because:
- We need to perform a contract with you
- You have given us permission to do so
- The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights
- For payment processing purposes
- To comply with the law

Global Leadership Network will retain your personal information only for as long as it determines in its discretion is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Global Leadership Network will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Our website and other internet-based Services (“Sites”) are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Sites. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
