Her work focuses on the power of objectivity and its importance in leadership decision-making. Prior to working in academia, she had a corporate career with American Express and Bank One and more than 15 years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience. Her first book is entitled, The Objective Leader: The Power of Seeing Things As They Are.
