Rick Betenbough

Co-founder

Rick Betenbough co-founder of Betenbough Homes in 1992 with his father Ron. His vision was to use fanatical cost control and “out-of-the-box” organizational systems to become the price leader for new brick homes in Lubbock, TX. For 24 years, Rick served as President of Betenbough Homes, having built nearly 7,000 homes for West Texas families. Early in 2016, he felt led to step aside from that role, allowing new leadership to continue to grow and lead the company and its employees. Rick now serves as CEO of Cornerstone Business Holdings, the parent company of Betenbough Homes, where he pursues his passion for the advancement of God’s Kingdom in and through the marketplace.

Holly Betenbough

Ministry Director

Holly Betenbough served as Ministry Director for Betenbough Homes for 12 years after having previously volunteered on the ministry team for 6 years. In 2016, she joined the Cornerstone Business Holdings Board of Directors, where she focuses on researching, investing and enhancing marketplace ministry outreach and development. Holly loves being with her family, walking outdoors, and learning new things about God. An alumna of Texas Tech University, she holds a bachelor of science in child development and family studies.

Ron Betenbough

Co-founder

Ron Betenbough co-founded Betenbough Homes with his son Rick in 1992, with a goal to deliver quality homes at a competitive price. Betenbough Homes has built nearly 7,000 homes and is West Texas’ number one new home builder. Throughout the years, the Betenboughs established an employee-owned company committed to build, serve, and impact the communities they call home. Betenbough Homes is the recipient of the 2013 Hearthstone Builder Humanitarian Award, for a lifetime of public service, and is continuously recognized by Builder magazine as one of the top home builders in the nation.
